The Desktop Support department installs software and hardware for faculty and staff. All University computers are licensed for Microsoft Office and other programs can be purchased for your use as needed.
Some software license agreements also allow you to install certain software packages, including Norton AntiVirus, on your home computer. You can check-out this software at the Collections Desk on the 2nd floor of Atkins Library.
You can order a University computer from Dell or Apple by viewing the online products and saving an e-quote to forward to your purchasing agent. You can also place a computer order online for your personal use from Dell, IBM and Apple.
