Click Add Printer in the upper left hand corner of the window. |

Enter the IP address of the network printer. |

Click Finish. |

Select the manufacturer and model of the network printer. |

Occasionally, you may be asked if you wish to use the existing driver. Select Keep existing driver (recommended) |

Enter a printer name and select if you wish to use the printer as the default printer. |

Select Do not share this printer. |

Click Next. |

Select if you would like to print a test page (recommended). |

Click Finish. |

Click Start, Settings, Printers. |

Double-click Add Printer. |

Click Next. |

Make sure Network printer is selected and click Next. |

Select Type the printer name, or click Browse for a Printer and click Next. It may take a minute or two to build the list of shared printers. |

Double-click NDPS Printers. |
| Step 7: |
Double-click NDPS Controlled Access Printers. |
| Step 8: |
Double-click UNCCharlotte. |
| Step 9: |
Double-click UNCCharlotte again. |
| Step 10: |
Double-click Users. |
| Step 11: |
Double-click Printers. |
| Step 12: |
Select the desired printer and click Next. |
| Step 13: |
Choose whether you want this printer to be your default printer or not and click Next. |
| Step 14: |
Click Finish. |
