Banner Self Service is a web-based tool which enables students to register for classes, check grades, update their personal information, and check their financial aid status. Faculty and advisors use Banner Self Service to enter grades and advise students. Using this tool, employees can view their pay stub, update personal information, and view their leave balances.

Logging in to Banner Self Service

To login, enter your UNC Charlotte ID number and PIN. If you don't know your UNC Charlotte ID and/or PIN, you can look it up.

The first time you login to Banner Self Service, you will be prompted to change your PIN (from the default setting of Date of Birth in the MMDDYY format) to something more secure.

You will be asked to submit a Security Question and Answer which will help you if you ever forget your password.

The first time you login to Banner Self Service you will be presented with a Terms of Usage statement. By logging in, you accept these terms.
