Scheduled activities for phase two (fiscal year 2009).

Scheduled for phase two is the completion of the integration of the gift-processing/relationship-management systems that support fundraising for 49er Athletics and the rest of the university. The two divisions, Athletics and Development/Alumni Affairs, have progressively integrated what were, prior to 2003, fully separate gift-processing systems.
Phase two will see the roll-out of a method, developed in partnership with ITS and Enrollment Management (Admissions), to improve parent fundraising and engagement.
Phase two will see the roll-out of a method, developed in partnership with Student Affairs, ITS and Enrollment Management, to upload into Banner a myriad of extracurricular student activities, most of which are held in separate systems now.
Phase two will see the uploading into Banner Advancement contact information about a host of volunteer boards in the Charlotte region, which Chancellor Dubois has asked University Relations/Community Affairs (URCA) to manage. URCA is gathering the information now.
